deadlift question

I started deadlifts with a normal gripon monday i started doing deads with a mixed grip and it was MUCH easier, better form aswell.is this normal, what form do you use?

mixed grip last set or when normal grip starts to frail.

Mixed grip is always the best IMOWhat kinda of Deadlifts are you doing ?

normal ones, i started off with the overhand grip but i swear that was sh*t no progress was being madeim sticking with mixed grip now

make sure you switch hands or muscle imbalance is you
