Most likely your burner, used to get that with some old drives..Sony NEC drives >>>>>bout £20, Duallayer and perfect performance.

might cop that nec drive stilli usually use clonecd aswelledit: it worked perfectly fine with clonecd too

Don't get an NEC drive, they are shocking. Either LG or Pioneer.
