Fresh from my cousin who works at FACT magazine...

Marcus Nasty, leader of legendary grime collective N.A.S.T.Y. crew and owner of the most famous six-pack in UK funky (though he'd probably rather call it something else - we've lost track of what's happened with him and Circle's rows and what's named what) will compile the latest in Rinse FM's series of mix CDs. The news comes shortly after Marcus won the pirate radio station's 'Rinse DJ you'd least like to fight' contest (not really, but we'd like to see who'd finish where if they did run it). For a taste of what he'll play on Rinse 10, you might want to check his forthcoming set at Matter, as part of the forthcoming FWD vs Rinse night. Personally we're hoping for 'Crackish''s inclusion…

Another Funky one so soon though...Wargwarn?They need to ether get Vectra, MA1 or Youngsta to do Rinse:11 thoughPersonally another Bassline/4x4 CD would be good to hear, but I see PaleFace don't play on Rinse anymore (someone confirm)

He used to play good house/funky bits when he started doin it and now he'll play anythin an plays all them mc'in sh*t tunes and plays too much lil silva (who i personally think is terrible)..his selection just isnt the type of stuff to represent house or even sound which is supposed to be 'funky'

i dont get this wonky business, its not a seperate genre, it just seems like some collection of crossover dubstep and glitch hop.

geeneus played about 4 funky tracks at the end, could hardly say it was a funky cd

He also played plenty of Dubstep aswellSpyro played Funky, Grime & GarageI dont think theres been one solid all Grime one yet, even Skepta's was sh*t but also wasnt fully GrimeTells ya alot about the Grime scene really...

Spyro only played funky flex and seasons aswell, which are basically 4x4 grime tracks anyway.

He played Im Leaving, that R1 Ryders tune, then them dubstep pieces that come like Dubstep like the D1 one aswell & then he also played a couple Garage pieces to what i can remeber
