if u have no whey proteinthe basics are lots of milk, lots of oats and maybe some cottage cheese and/or natural peanut butter.add somethng like nesquik for taste tbh tho protein is cheaper in the long run

For these homemade recipes, can I use Whole milk or is it semi skimmed you lot use?

any, i prefer semi skimmed though.if you want more calories go for whole.

lol wot i was thinking. also, try yoghurt instead of milk, easier protein digestion/absorption, especially for lactose intolerant ppl.
