How do i prevent calf cramps when swimming?Would be grateful to know, before i drown.

Light stretching./ I do not want to increase my salt intake.Any other options?

u might just naturally have tight calves. most women do cos u wear heels all the time. just stretch EVERY DAY regardless of whether ur swimming or not and they should loosen up.

how lng u been swimming? (obviously i dnt mean from wen u was younger) cos wen u start a new exercise u usually get bad cramps and muscle aches, for a little while
