riding to work

anyone do this ??credit crunch hit man abit so i had to par off gym been riding to work n jus about as cardio i do about 9/10 miles aday mayby more is this a good alt. to doin cardio in the gym ? or should man look to do the morning runs too

yh its probs better than the gym, try find some hills to go up aswell.how long does that take u, im guessing at 30mins?

I've been riding to work for around 4 months, absolutely loving it. it's basically the only exercise I get, and using the cycle to work scheme it has saved me a f*ck*ng ton. I cycle from Finsbury park to West end, so around 4/5 miles - so maybe 9 miles per day.Heavily recommended.

yea bout 30 mins recent when im goin home i try take a longer route to get more ride time

by the term scheme i assumed there would b some monetary benefit with ure emplloyer or summin/nah not yet, im gunna buy some protein shake and if the gains arent rapid enuff i willthe wickedest thing is that the prices are barely any different, which makes me think i should order them

ride to work scheme is big. im sure u can 50% ANY bike you want if you work for the govt. and ride to work.
