So the traitor Mandelson meets Geffen at the Rothchilds villa then a week later these laws are announcedThese devils are raping this country

Mandelson goes to war on teenagers downloading their music and movies... just days after dining with anti-piracy billionaireBy Daniel MartinLast updated at 1:24 PM on 17th August 2009Lord Mandelson launched a crackdown on internet piracy just days after meeting a leading Hollywood critic of illegal file sharing. The business secretary plans to criminalise the estimated seven million people - one in 12 of the population - who illicitly download music and films over the internet. In what critics describe as a gross attack on civil liberties, those flouting new laws could see their internet accounts suspended and face fines of up to £50,000. The pair dined on 7 August at the Rothschild family villa on Corfu, while Mandelson was holidaying on the Greek island.http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12...l#ixzz0PBVRwzUy

basically, plus they say "consistantly" which I'm guessing leaves it open to the ISP's discretion- 5 movies?- 1 movie?- 200 movies?and in what timescale? if you download 1 movie in March and 1 in December will you be kicked off?it's such a general statement, the goverment and these media companies are fighting a losing battle
