Brum people...Over the weekend the English Defense League (EDL) protested against Muslim Extremists in Birmingham. Muslim leaders at Birmingham central Mosque advised the muslims there to counter protest and "vent their feelings".Riots broke out and there were over 90 arrests made. There's a lot of videos on youtube showing some of the violence that took place.Theres also been a lot of controversy regarding the way the EDL have been portrayed in the media. Why it was allowed to go ahead in the first place is beyond me.From what I understand the same march was proposed in several other cities across the UK and their councils/policeforce put a stop to it. So why no one had any objections about it happening here, where racial tension is already high, is ridiculous.

The funniest thing about the people saying that they dont care because its not in London, are in the 9/11 topic talking about attacks in New York or in the hiphop room talking about their favourite rappers "hood".The EDL carry out protests in areas that have a high muslim population.
