Infact under 21s can be included in your 25 if you want, Wenger can buy and sell, well sell, with no worrries.Infact this aint changing sh*t cos you could have 17 foreigners, which make up your matchday 18, then just name any 8 youth team players that never get a look in.

1st post in a while for me boyos.Anyway it seems to me that they could allocate a percentage of playing time to home grown players instead of full on slots to individuals. That way if a HGP gets injured he can just be replaced by another.What you get is an amount of HGPs playing which could be many of em if a club has fallen below the target percentage they are meant to hit.
