Masking MAC Address/Computer Name?

Is this possible? It's just I wanna download sh*t through my uni internet where there's free wireless but I know you can block using those two things so if they clock I wanna be able to switch up quick, is it possible?I know Computer Name isn't hard to change anyway....so mainly this is about MAC address

Turns out you need to associate it with your uni account to login :/Ahh well, they say in their policy they only monitor bandwidth and not what you do even if it involves copyright/pornography.
