what do you man do when you wake up latei missed my breafkfast and pre lunch because i woke up late

Just eat every two hours. Unless you're planning on being awake for less hours it won't mean less food and even if you do sleep earlier, you won't have burned as many calories.

Just got back from a meeting, I've eaten nothing today apart from some chips. I am still getting my calories in for the day.
