Ok I'm starting to think I'm a real weakling.Only started deadlifting 2 weeks ago.But I'm hearing all sorts from people on this site.What weight do you DL?I'm doing 70kg at the moment and I'm able to do 3x8 but am finding it very difficult.I'm hearing people say "start on 60"Motivate me please.

use a mixed grip, 1 arm underhand 1 arm overhand.add 5kg or 2.5kg on each side every weeki done 100k x 8 last time

thats fine, just make sure that you use the correct form don't bend ur back, lift through ur body ull be doing 100kg in no time

hmm safe.Does DL usually correlate with bodyweight?

i deadlift 5x5....1st set - 5 reps on 130kg2nd set - 5 reps on 140kg3rd set - 5 reps on 150kg4th set - 5 reps on 160kg5th set - 5 reps on 170kg& 2 reps on 180kg, truesay i'm steadily working towards 200kg...

Deadlifted 60kg for 8 reps x 3 sets other dayNext day it HURT.I'm getting bang on them now.

is evry1 includin the bar on this ?i used 2 do 145kg gt shook about my form tho... its dangerous if u arnt taking 100% care over your form u will store up alot of problems for the future.. im bak to 110 doing it slowly and keepin my back as str8 as possibledeadlifting makes u feel sick when u get into a routine of it.. 5x5 ftw imo

Mixed grip, 200k 3x8 , aint been on it that much since I posted those vids, I tend to slack in the summer TBH, so only been past few weeks ive been on it hard

Up to 110KG (including bar).Seems to be coming along really quickly. Just needed to get the form right.
