Ok I'm starting to think I'm a real weakling.Only started deadlifting 2 weeks ago.But I'm hearing all sorts from people on this site.What weight do you DL?I'm doing 70kg at the moment and I'm able to do 3x8 but am finding it very difficult.I'm hearing people say "start on 60"Motivate me please.

is evry1 includin the bar on this ?i used 2 do 145kg gt shook about my form tho... its dangerous if u arnt taking 100% care over your form u will store up alot of problems for the future.. im bak to 110 doing it slowly and keepin my back as str8 as possibledeadlifting makes u feel sick when u get into a routine of it.. 5x5 ftw imo
