Blackberry Pin/New Sim Help

So i originally had a blackberry with contacts (pins) on it... i lost that fone and blocked it... i received my new sim and ordered a new blackberry... I heard theres a way whereby you can retrieve the pins I originally had through Blackberry or something like that...Anyone know how?
