gym room travel thread

going on holiday for two weeks with the family over christmas, gona be sitting around all day eating bare food and gym's out of the question. what exercises can i do to maintain weight+tone? other than abs, push ups, dips etc....

going away for xmas - my plan is - not eating as much as i want to. this will be way too much still but i need to have some control- bodyweight exercises, push ups, dips, situps, leg raises, burpees all that kinda stuff- swimming (if you are still in england dont do this though!)- im gonna try and run, but i hate jogging

carry around yr luggage with you at all times(take two evenly weighted suitcases ftw)

i would say just do what you can like the usual excersizes if u cant go gym over the breakdo the eating in moderation and you'll be fine.even if u pig out, just get back into the routine. having a 2 week binge wont kill ya unless ur really already overweight.

2 weeks aint gunna have a bad effect releinfact a lil rest may do u goodlast tym i went on holiday 4 2weeks, i came back 2 the gym much fresher nd immediately beat my PB 4 bench press
