going away for xmas - my plan is - not eating as much as i want to. this will be way too much still but i need to have some control- bodyweight exercises, push ups, dips, situps, leg raises, burpees all that kinda stuff- swimming (if you are still in england dont do this though!)- im gonna try and run, but i hate jogging
