If im playin a single player game then i stream at around 500kbps

I tried sf4 with gundam but it was mad laggy.

MW2 i had a 4 bar connection, but on other players screens i was teleporting around.

The only online game that didnt seem to lag when i tested it was Fifa as they have dedicated servers.

I still need to try lowering the bitrate to around 250-300, then seeing how playing online holds up.

I tested doing live commentary at like 2am, virgin media off peak times, but it still lags considerably unless i put the bitrate ridiculously low which defeats the purpose. Will try messing around with the settings.
