bluetooth? you mean how you can't send stuff?

you need to root your phone and use bluex, unless they've included it in any of the official upgrades

dunno if it's like jailbreaking, 'cause you can already download applications for free, but it lets you run programs that need extra permission to the phone's resources, it's also got different/changed firmware that runs smoother
