You lot need to man the f*ck up. Eggs are only like 4g of protein each. Need 6 so you're getting a decent amount otherwise it's such a small sncak for the effort put in that it's not worth it.

Tyred, I said I throw away the yolks. There are no known long term health issues associated with eating egg whites.Lol at 42 a week. I have scrambled eggs like once every two weeks.
