Do you use home wieghts like dumbells?

You take protien shakes?

I am looking for a regieme to build them sort of shoulders n forearms, cant take protein shakes though cos of kindeys and What chest exercises can I do?

Atm im doing 65lb arm curls n 95lb bar push ups and push ups behind the head, 20 mins shadow boxing then 2 mile run every other day

tulse gets alot of undue flak.

lol man gets all the abuse from next ppls aliases. justin,ashman,roscoe/polow etc

truss bruv, lucky i aint droped a few man on here been close to aswell
