Maths Question - Triangles

Recommended Posts

Just need clarification on one thing for my coursework.

If I was given 3 lengths of sides - if the two smaller ones didn't have combined lengths that amount to more than the third one, they wouldn't be able to construct a triangle would they?

Also, is there any other conditions where they wouldn't be able to construct a triangle? (just being given 3 side lengths)

All angles in triangle add up to 180%

If you got 2 equal lengths, then ur gunna have 2 angles the same, this is called iscocoles triangle

You can make an equalatril triangle with 2 obtuse angles and a reflax 1

no side can b bigger than the sum of the other two.

yeh it can

as long as they all add up to 180

impossible.

if one side's bigger than the sum of the other 2, they will never reach it, will they?

even on a straight line they wouldnt reach, and You gotta have some angle
