Why is it anyone who admits, correctly, that immigration needs to be capped/ have a limit is percieved as a racist?

The policy is flawed and no turning back now, IMO yes there should be a limit or at least better checks done.

I watched bbc news a year ago had a polish women who lives in this country now

when she came over she worked as a cleaner but she had ambition so she started studying

now she is on 22k a year working as some company admin

If anything allot of these people actually benifit the country and help it progress

All this bollocks about taking homes and jobs of people

Come on people in this country are so lazy many people would rather claim benifits than become a cleaner etc

Also allot of the jobs you need to be qualified so when people come with that talk its air more time

in My office they have a shortage of people who are qualified to do it in this country so the uk advertised abroad

This is true if 100% of everyone who comes to this country works.

This only works if we have the infrastructure to cope with these people e.g. doctors, hospitals, police etc.

This is my point though.

Those who work should stay, this country can't cope without them, everything WOULD collapse.

But how do you deal with those who dont and how do you seperate them?

Especially when EU law states half the time you can't kick them out and overrides our own laws and we have a border police on par with the Nigerian fraud squad?

Historically, immigration legislation has been racist. Immigration was basically unchecked until the early 20th Century, and then when the first controls on who could enter the country were introduced they overtly discriminated against non-white nationalities.

Even in like the mid-1940s the idea of restricting entry into Britain wasn't seen as common sense, and the parties (Conservative) that pushed for it did so with racialised agendas.

This is partly why there's still this link between racism and immigration control. Also, because the parties that push immigration restrictions today are the parties that are less...ethnically senstitive.

Immigrants don't want to come and work in Bognor Regis or wherever you are because work isn't abundant like it is in the cities, hence the overpopulation and lack of resources.

You're right about the abundance of work in major cities, which is why most cities around the world are overpopulated. About 90% of everyone i grew up with has f*cked off to london to find work, should they be sent back as well?
