Telling me that based on the foods I've eaten (this bit is def accurate cos I customised it myself) & the exercise I've done:I've consumed 1,520 caloriesI've burned 3,204 caloriesSwear this can't be right?A deficit of 1500 calories seems extreme tbh.

the calculation of how much you've burned from excercise will be off IMOthe calculation of how much you burn whilst in a normal state is off but to a lesser extent, everyones metabolism is differentthe calculation of foods is as accurate as u want it to be. I always go a little over just to be sure..

the exercise part on tht site is a joke always over counts.....i manually add ALL my foods as i do eat a lot of the same food so its quicker to add them on ur daily tracker.
