Its peak lads, gonna sign up to gym this week but been pushing myself hard with cell style workout every day

 

Diet is going on hard as well, am full of tuna, steak, salmon, chicken, pasta, potatoes, rice, avocado, nuts, fruit, yoghurt all day long

 

Will not even let my body go into fat burning mode ONCE

Will actively do this from June 10th.  Have made a lot of progress from March so my three months then I can break down where I was and set proper goals.  Real happy with my progress so far.  Onwards and upwards.
