nah

registering as a limited company will mean you personally will be more financially safe if anything goes downhill (lawsuit etc), but going through the system means your income will be taxed

but you can be an unlimited company without having to register

you'd have to declare earnings to pay your taxes, of course this and that could be swept under the carpet - depends how you get your money

So all these "urban" raves would be classed as unlimited companies yh

My Aunt the lawyer is away at the mo and I aint paying for legal advice

Also would these rave people be obliged to provide a postal add or PO box add in the eyes of the law as they claim 2be a pr company

Just 2 clarify

if you are or claim to be a company do you need 2be registered

if you put on events at venues you do not ned to be registered??

What legal obligations would these people neeed 2have if they aint registered?

you don't need anything, just an agreement with the club, they will tell you their requirements

you are suppose to pay tax but not allot of people do

even dj's and mc's also you are suppose to declare it

remember Karl brown saying years ago that he had to avoid the tax man when he rising through the ranks

his name kept on getting bigger more bookings etc then the tax man came calling

usually you have to sign some agreement contract with the club

when we hired the boat club had to pay deposit and then sign some form

for the forum thing what happened I dont remember signing nothing apart from getting a receipt

but with that form 696 things changed a bit like b4 I performed I had to give my yard address and full name to

the club for them to give it the police to run it through checks
