to eat what you want and still maintain a decent build??ive tried the dieting thing but its just not for me, the hunger i get is just tooo muchi go gym 3-4 times a week with a 30 min cardio sesh after, but if the diet aint there is there anypoint?

you can get away with it to an extent if your 17-20ish but don't expect abs to showafter that you will be any fat guy with big arms and shoulders

U get out what u put in matediet is indeed the hardest parttry to eat reasonably well, you can get away with thatbut if ur eating 3 junk meals a day (ie. coco pops, morleys, kfc/kebab) u will never get any defenition and be on the lvl which CR9 mentioned.

Trust, yahoozee I was like you untill recentdiet is the most important thing, after a while it will become 2nd nature
