The train was horrendous yesterday evening glad i got on at Charing Cross and managed to get a nice seat in the shade. Dont even want to imagine what the tube will be like next week if the heat keeps rising.

You may not faint but for the elderly heat stroke can be a killer.

It doesnt take long for your body to dehydrate and faint.

And it';s jus uncomfortable. who likes being sticky, hot and bothered.

I suffer from Hyperhydriosos, which means I excessively sweat 24/7 from my Forehead, Neck and Back.

It's a real f*ck*ng annoyance to constantly sweat. i cant even walk outside my house for 2mins without pouring down in sweat in hot weathers.
