never used to do much of an ab/ core workout, just planks and side planks. never do sit up/ crunches as my back and hips crack and its unnervingdeveloped my routine to this now

these are serious, u will need some good existing strength to preform these.

hanging leg raises- still need to improve these, still a lot of swing in my body
