yo tryin 2 improve my core innit 4 speed n power. All i got is planks which I can do 4 90 secs n sit-ups. ne1 got sum different 1s?

never used to do much of an ab/ core workout, just planks and side planks. never do sit up/ crunches as my back and hips crack and its unnervingdeveloped my routine to this now

these are serious, u will need some good existing strength to preform these.

hanging leg raises- still need to improve these, still a lot of swing in my body

sick really wanna get my core strength game bangingneed to join a proper gym with the neccessary space etcgonna try ab roller today
