i use my in ear noise cancelling bose ones. you can stand right next to me and scream insults about my mother, i wont hear you, luckily for you. it also gives me 110% focus, ignoring everyone, and not even paying much eye contact.

I use these which are designed for use during exercise. water resistant, sweat resistant, and the ear fins keep the headphones even if you are moving around alot
