Wireless Driver

My wireless drivers gone in one of my laptops, I downloaded the driver from Intel and tried to install it. I get as far as this.

Any idea people?

No idea but I'd say try going into device manager and seeing if you can uninstall the device then try installing the drivers again?

remove it from the device manager, uninstall any drivers it's tried to install or previously installed.. restart...

when you start windows and it says found new hardware etc, just close that

first install the driver software you got from the intel site by running the .exe file you downloaded, restart

it should then detect the drivers and the intel utility will let you connect to wireless networks after.
