yo I got a gym membership innit but not got the time 2 reach 2 days a week. might just go gym 1 day a week definite 2 do legs n shoulders. Any1 got any ideas 4 home gym wiout weights? been doing different grip press ups, sit-ups, planks and that 1 where you lay on floor flat wi feet off floor. need sum back n bicep exercises. sf.

then u gotta buy weights and a pull up bar... THE PULL UP BAR IS A MUST 4 back,but i used 2 put heavy stuff in my skool bag n do curls wiv dat/triceps

sf. got sum of them resistance cables but they sh*t. will buy sum weights then.

beg u dont do that sh*t in the gym room./u cant find time to go the gym twice a week? how many jobs u got?i have 2, i go to the gym 3-5 times a week. (admittedly said jobs are mostly during non-standard hours, but this means sleep still eats up alot of the day)

soz meant 2 sat aint got time to reach 3 days a week. work 8.30-4.30 innit but play ball 4 days a week n do a bit of community coaching. Gym teks up all my spar time n chick teks up the rest.

i c.what r ur aims? do u want to be bigger? do you want to be stronger? or are u going to the gym to improve ur performance in ur sport?personally wud sacrifice something to train 3 times a week, but it depends on ur aims. most ppl train harder in a gym environment.

Trying 2 gain strength still. chest, abs n tris r ripped to fuk but back, biceps and lega are way behind. Shoulders are decent.

Started today.200 proper press-ups a day every week day. Different arm width different days200 sit ups3 1min3+ planks3X 40 squats a day3X wall sitssee how that goes.

i worked out at home for about a year, i had a multi gym thing, thought i was sick until joined a proper gym, snm.
