Got a thing for the Lakers after the play offs last season but obviously it's nothing like how I support Utd.

More just a basketball fan

Tired of player rants, the NBA plans to crack down this season on "overt" gestures, such as swinging a fist in the air in anger

http://www.nba.com/2010/news/09/24/officials.crackdown.ap/index.html

Erghh, thats bollocks, taking emotion away from the game.

Wow, in the game between the Knicks and Celtics, they used the rules and there were 4 techs in 16 seconds. What a joke.

Superstition, drop the preview man!

Few interesting season previews from NBA.

Chicago - http://www.nba.com/seasonpreview/2010/CHI/index.html

Lakers - http://www.nba.com/seasonpreview/2010/LAL/index.html

Heat - http://www.nba.com/seasonpreview/2010/MIA/index.html

Celtics - http://www.nba.com/seasonpreview/2010/BOS/index.html (Damn, they picked up some nice players during the off-season, never clocked this. West, Von Wafer and J O'Neil. East is going to be bloody interesting with Celtics/Heat/Magic)

Jermaine O'Neal has the fitness of a stick, won't play more than 20 games.

Sonics are dead, they are Oklahoma Thunder now, with Mr Kevin Durant, who I expect to have a hell of a season.

durant for mvp please

will blake griffin live up to the delayed hype and save the clippers?

will this wall kid have big impact in washington?

will golden state be a .500 team this year?

i for one like wat boston has done in offseason, shaq is a possible solution to celtics length problems against lakers, bynum will catch bare elbow shots to the face, only thing is celtics must wish they had this team about 3 years younger

i like the acquisition of von wafer he was someone who impressed coming of the bench a few seasons ago in houston, had a decent three ball and can do impact scoring which celtics need wen they stagnate sometimes.looking for the big three to sit a lot of the season and let the bench do the work, then for doc rivers to wheel them out in postseason and flop it,but i like the way they are stil clearly going for it this year, second unit is heavy, wish them all the best

speaking of houston i beg yao ming is back this year, nba is not the same without this young lad

weres supers preview at,surely bulls are trying to be in the convo this year as well

These players are on a next level of money "BALLLIN"

Forward, Miami Heat

Age: 25

Rank change: New

Industry: Sports

How many people can stop the pulse of a country? James's primetime signing with Miami this summer was slammed as a publicity stunt, but his brand emerged unscathed. It was the latest marketing bonanza seeded by his own company, LRMR, which James and high school friends have built over four years. LRMR has brokered James's deals with McDonald's and State Farm; a Sports Illustrated tally ranks him No. 4 on its list of top-grossing athletes, with an estimated $42.4 million this year :o

lol, I hate to say it, but the super friends will have a ring within 3 years minimum.

But I would LOVE IT *keegan voice* if they got beat in the eastern conference finals by Bull or someone.

match of the season, for pure hype reasons, will be Heat at Cavs. Going to be immense!

Can see Durant being scoring champ again, but not MVP. That will go to one of the 3 superfriends, I am sure.
