Installing Windows on Macs and Vice Versa

8 posts in this topic

Ok so I want to upgrade my laptop for music production and have been looking to cop a Macbook Pro for ages. Only thing is I still want to mess around with FL Studio which only runs on Pc. So is it easier to install windows on a macbook or mac os on a lappy so I can dual boot etc

Yeah you already got boot camp on the mac.

It should assist you with installing windows..

You can put Osx on windows.. DId it to one of my net books before...

But nothing beats running osx on an actual mac/even windows.

Yeh safe, only reason I ask really is a similar speced laptop is about 4-500 cheaper than the mac pro I'm looking at and when I decide to get a desktop as well I know I can get a lot more bang for my buck compared to an iMac.

Apparently OSX on a Hackintosh (OSX on PC) still runs smoother than a Windows 7 install.
