Basically I wanna connect my lappy to 'my' speakers, but I dunno how

Theres a cable that plugs into the comp, then on the other end theres a red and a white cable

Nothing I have tried has worked so far, I can provide pictures if necessary

Thanks in advance,

Esq

I know the 'jack' goes into the headphone port in my lappy, that's already done

I need to know what to do with the red and white ones

Obv they aren't meant to be in the mixer, so where do i plug them into?

Nah, I am literally THIS dumb, trust me

Currently on the phone to my friend who knows about all this

Bear in mind when he said 'plug it into the amp' and I say 'What the f*ck is an 'amp'' you know it's game over

I give up, I think I'm beyond help

My brother is the only one who really knows this set up, and he's in Australia. I'll just give him an email and see if he can help.

Thanks for the effort Gents
