Anyone who can use Microsoft Outlook, help would be greatly appreciated

Friend signed into outlook with their email address, now their emails go into inbox on outlook, but when they sign into their email as usual on other computers, they aren't there. does anyone know what to do about this?

Guessing this is a pop account. Check the advanced settings of that email account in Outlook "'more settings" then tick the option to leave a copy on the server.

If you want screenshots, I can provide.

It's not Outlook's fault as per say. User / configuration error + and how the other server is configured. Like GMail, for example you can force it from within google to leave a copy.
