Was part time job, but did this exact thing this week.

Had a disciplinary meeting scheduled for Tues, I knew for a fact that they were gonna fire me for gross misconduct.

So I handed my resignation in on Sun, didn't even bother going to meeting on tues and got a letter sent today confirming my immediate resignation as of the 6th , as I had stated in my resignation letter (I had a 2wks notcie period).

I didn''t really care about the job, but my previous store manager said she sort me a ref, so I'm still gonna leave it on my CV, but HR view it as left whilst under investigation.

Got into a fight on shopfloor.

Meeting was based on allegations of Violent and threatening behaviour, although I was physically provoked still.

You know the store I worked at?? Imagine the customers faces when sh*t kicked off, LMAO.

Was gone for sure, they had the UK retail manager and CCTV all lined up for the meeting.

Other guy got fired, idiot went to the meeting thinking he stood a chance.
