I was given the following instructions..

OK For the HOTFILE and FILESONIC Links Aswell as the Latest Episodes, You have to download a .txt file and rename the extension to .dlc. Then Add it to Jdownloader and start your download.

Can anybody explain how I do this?

That's the file I downloaded.

It's supposed to give me download links.
