Critical Eating

You ever critically ate.

Take for example a plate of BEANS on TOAST with SCRAMBLED EGG.

You're half way through your meal, you have 1 and half slices of bread left and a small handful of beans.

Do you critically think, i'll have more bread than beans?

Like for example;

I hate finishing a meal with just one section of the meal left i.e

BANGERS and MASH you just have the MASH left - nah i'll finish the meal with my last bit of MASH and BANGER rather than just MASH

I have to critcally analyse the situation and finish the meal in perfect isolation.

Lol errm I do this with cereal, I will spoon at the milk so as I finish the cereal the milk is also done.

Like, if you eat your meal in such a way that the last mouthful you have will contain a piece of every component part of the meal?

Yeah, I do that.

do it without thinkin in most cases

similar to Your beans on toast example though, if i'm havin a baked potato with any filling, i have to make the filling last the whole potato, coz allow eatin the remaining plain baked potato

ye u gta eat tactically

espcially if u got 3 or 4 diff foods on a plate and u got a naan or roti

cant b avin dry chicken and naan coz u munched all ur liquidity lentils or fried potatos or yougrhut

Normal procedure tbh just explained in a funny / precise way.

What about say chicken + chips or burger and chips?

I know a couple ppl who say oh the chips arent nice when they are cold so I eat them first

But thats not chicken and chips then is it? For me its all about bite of the chicken (KFC), dips the chips in the BBQ sauce, pop them in, chew it all up at the same time...

I break each meal down to it's component parts and extract only the required nutrients.
