Cancelling your Broadband

Need some advice here, ive been stuck with AOHell for f*ck*ng years and ive finally had enough of their sh*t and there moronic call center's so i want out.

Whats the procedure to cancelling your broadband so that they can't get me with some sneaky T's & C's ?

My subscription is due for renewal in June.

Just tell them straight u want out

contract ends in june so your live

they will try gas u 2 stay but just say nooo

do you no what provider your going to?

cos they can help with the move over if i remember correctly

Just ring them up and ask them for a Mac code. They will send it you via email or something then give that to your new ISP that you are switching too.

cnt reccomend them yet, bt when I switched to Talk Talk about 2 weeks ago I didnt have to do anything, just say what package I wanted and they changed the line rental and even the broadband so I didnt have to get codes and sh*t then told me when itll go live, then when it did had to go to the router and enter login details, that was pretty much it.

ill see how it goes after 3 months, waiting to upgrade to fibre optic in October aswell

talktalk and aol are one in the same my good man (if i remember correctly)

so this is probably why

im thinking BT broadband, they dont have infinity in my countryside ends yet SMH

Yeah I am currently on talk talk...my dad just saw a cheap price and jumped on :\.

When it is fine, it's fine, when it goes wrong OH JESUS PLEASE NO :angry: .

exactly my feeling with AOL Iwillwin, its fine when its working but when you need assistance, then you know why they are given the nickname AOHell

Go for O2/Be unlimited, been on several ISP's over the years, these man are undoubtedly the best.
