Resistance bands

basically im gonna be working and living in a place that is no where the is no gym. are resistance bands an option? i know they are pretty cheap and i guess they are pretty versatile so are they better than nothing? anyone use them/ give recommendations? ive seen the trx suspension straps and they look sick, but very expensive

resistance bands are cool, i would go with sandbags tho, 25kg of builders sand is like £1.50. put sum in a hardwearing sack/holdallu can do presses squats rows etc with sandbags.i think if i was training on the cheap and no gym, i wud go with sandbags, pullup bar, something to do dips on, dipping belt, and sum plates
