I've used Woodhouse Clothing to purchase some gear.

The money come out of my bank but I haven't recieved any goods as my bank address was different to my delivery adress.

My orders on my account say "Pending"

Any ideas on how I get my money back?

companies dont watch delivery or even billing addresses, can confirm the billing address makes no difference when putting through a payment, if the authorization was successful and the card is not blocked before the capture (and the dispatch of your items) then there should be no problems
