Alvaro Recoba nicknamed El Chino

Tekkers 99

Motivation, determination, injuries, inconsistances, attitude, managers, all part of why he made it to top 5 selected. One of the most gifted left footed players to play the game, was so silky with it.

Should have left Inter while he was in his peak, but Moratti loved him, and Recoba loved the wages no one else was willing to match.

Now playing for some dusty back ally team in Urguay I think.

Such a waste :(

Such a shame remember watching him as a kid all the time of that Serie A football show that used to come on channel 4 back in the day.

WOW +1

This guy was that guy in Serie A

I remember the year when he was on loan@Venezia(sp) and he merked it so bad he denied Inter from winning the title that was so peak.

C/S about his wages because at that time he was the first ever player to command 100k a week
