just looking at the map of somali..

map_of_somalia.jpg

famine due to DROUGHT. BUT IT HAS THOUSANDS OF KM OF OCEAN COASTLINE

SO WHAT IF IT DIDNT RAIN...THERES WATER NEARLY ALL AROUND NO?

PISSES ME OFF THAT THEY CANNOT FIND A WAY OF IRRIGATION AND USING THE WATER AROUND THEM

THIS WAS DONE 10,000 YRS AGO IN EGYPT WITH JOSEPH AND HIS COLOURFUL COAT

AND THEY STORED UP FOOD IN TIME OF DROUGHT, NO NEED TO BEG WHITEY FOR HELP

THEY USED THE NILE PROPERLY AND HAD FERTILE LAND.

THESE LOT JUST RUN ABOUT WITH KLASHNIKOVS SMOKING KHAT FOR THE LAST 40YRS.

THE f*ck IS WRONG WITH THEM??

AFGOON....FIRE AT WILL

Ocean is salt water bro

yea, and diamonds are dug out from 2000 feet underground

and the plastic keyboard you used to type such an unsurprisingly dumb response came from sludge oil dug up from a desert or 3000m underwater.

the drought isnt the the main cause of the famine in Somalia, other east african countries are experiencing the same drought but aren't falling into severe famine as seen in Somalia

Desalination provides 70 percent of drinking water in Saudi Arabia

Cruise ships, submarines and ships of war have been using desalination for decades. One impressive example, the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Carl Vinson, can make some 400,000 gallons (1,514 cubic meters) of its own freshwater using ocean water every day, half of which is excess water that at press time is being used to aid disaster relief in Haiti
