Messi in 2010

The 22-year-old signed a new contract at the Nou Camp before Christmas guaranteeing him take-home pay of at least £180,000 a week, but extras pushed his earnings to more than £570,000 a week last year

No we can't as that would mean David Dein returning as Chairman, and Danny Fiszman's dying wish is for that not to happen, and Mr Fiszman's wishes are more important than anybody elses... Despite the fact that the man that brought Fiszman, Kroenke, and Usmanov into Arsenal was David Dein...

Wenger earns 6m a year net basic (he doesn't like paying UK tax, so his wage is actually more) at Arsenal, and yes he is the highest paid employee. I think after Mourinho he is the best paid football manager in the World.

He then gets money from his TV work with TF1 (pundit for the France national team games) and Castrol.
