However, the polite and quiet old man who requests his bedpan is changed gets aired up to 4 hours just because he doesn't cause a stir.

Basically more often than not it's like we are being told that to get your way be loud and abrasive.

Now with the Ghanaian and Nigerian nurses especially the older ones this doesn't run, when this woman acts up they put it on her, I notice now she's calm on the African shift.
