Can someone help me with exercises for thighs?

I mainly do either squats or running.

Seeing as you already do squats your 3/4 there just throw in Lunges and that should be enough for your thighs or they will explode and sprinting once a week

Maybe u just need to increase intensity, u can push ur legs a lot harder than u think, if that makes sense!
