Your Muscle Which Grows Slower Then Tulse's Age?

When it comes to this I actually hate my tripceps

Even when I do build them up to a nice size, if I take a week off they go down straight away, I just do not understand and then I am back to square one with stretch marks and nothing to show for it

Chest, my fault though, for the past year i hardly concentrate on the contraction and have been doing neutral grip

Switched to slightly wider grip and done 3-4 seconds down and explosing up, can actually feel my chest working

Close grip weighted dips and db tricep extnsions is you. go heavy

Struggle to put meat on my back! Looking to correct it soon. Gonna be hammering pulls, rows etc twice a week instead of once this winter.

your muscles dont go down as if it shrinks in size,

its not just that alone that happens.

it could be your diet that contributes to rapid muscle loss

or the way you train your triceps or both.

shock your tris by mixing up sets different to what you do now

train them 2x a week, or 3 x

do different things that dont overtrain them and you should get better results

this also happens if you are just never consistent with gym...and go good for 2 months then stop for 3
