Favourite film of all time

123 posts in this topic

I didn't wanna ask in the movie thread as not everyone posts in there.

What is your favourite movie of all time?

Just 1.

If I had to choose right now I would probably say Carlito's Way.

I haven't seen it in a while, so it's not just a flippant statement but that movie has everything for me, love interest, soundtrack, actors, epic plot and characters.

1st time I saw it I didn't even clock the lawyer was Sean Penn lol, he was a monster in it.

Al Pacino is in my top 3 actors of all time, the guy is just something else, this shits all over that over hyped Scarface aswell.

It would be hard to pin point to just one film but I'd go with Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring.

Excellent cinematography, soundtrack and casting.

Since it's your favourite explain what about it you love, especially if it's not a bait film.

Hmmm it's hard to pin point one since mine tends to change a lot but right now it's a toss up between Woody Allen's Manhattan and Oldboy.

Great film, so many classics moments especially that training montage.

My favourite film too. Personal classic for many reasons. Big up my dad.

Second would probably be a tie between GoodFellas and Godfather II

That montage is emotional, Rocky 4 is too hard easily in my top 3 selected.

Would probably have to give my number one spot to the Godfather 2

It's hard

City of God

Training Day

Goodfellas

Scarface

BHC(1,2,3 all as good as each other which is rare in terms of sequels)

I always call Carlito's bro Maradona lol.

He was a snake, the ending was when I knew Benny Blanco was that guy.

"Hey lets go"

"Nah you stay here BANG!"
