porters style may not be pretty but this was an entertaining and effective mauling imo, very physical, very punishing, head butts and body shots galore. if you dont have A1 size AND skills dont sign up for the fight, its not enough to be technically better you have to be able to outwork him or at the very least keep him off you

brook broner thurman are top welterweights and none of em looked great against big bullet bill, who needs more respect on his name as well as thurman who looked the best out of the three and actally won, brook got a decision but he got mangled, broner as usual defies any straight forward assessment but he was pretty much neutralised and or savaged as well

only thurman and spence beat him at 147, diaz has the skills but is too small, diaz crawford is gonna be mense

speaking of thurman i see this great n relatively short roundup of his fight against danny 

would rather see thurman vs brook and spence vs porter with the winners fighting each other, but ill still take the porter thurman rematch to see if thurmans capable of making great adjustments

if he does and beats porter more convincingly he's #1 at welter or he get a shot at manny, who needs to retire so we can put someone from this new era at #1 and start establishing the pecking order,
