Who here suffers from them and what do you do.

I get them at least once a month.

It disables me for the whole day and i have to sleep it off.

Can be the most painful thing sometimes

yeah.

I wore glasses for while even though my vision is fine. Usually when watching TV, on the computer or whenever i felt one coming on.

Migraleve (high street) as soon as you feel it coming, dont stall at all.

Otherwise your be needing Clotam Rapid (prescription), there another more powerful Migraleve that you can get also (not sure if its prescription tho)

Once sorted, go get your eyes tested.

Had them all my life, painkillers dont really work anymore, only ones with codeine in them seem to have an effect now if I catch it in the early stages. Got sumatriptan (imigran) from the doctor and these work differently to painkillers and work sick but leave you out of action for an hour or so.

Make sure you try and get enough sleep each day and stay hydrated.

Used to get migraines on a frequent basis i never realised its linked to stress so ever since I decided to deal with stress management the frequency has dropped a lot

try going to a sauna/steam room and stay there as long as you can it really helps for migraine pain

at times I get the sense that there could be some internal bleeding going on in my brain thats how it feels

thats when I lock off all the lights, get some lavender or make lemon grass root tea if I have and go lay in darkness and silence, pressing the centre of my palm with my thumb until sleep comes.

Obviously you're naked when you're laying there, innit?
